Performance characteristics:
Flexo and gravure film inks are suitable for PE, BOPP, aluminum film, PET and other film surface printing and printing non-composite products and solvent-free compounding. It has good printing adaptability and does not contain toxic and harmful ingredients such as benzene and ketones. It can fully meet the VOCs emission standards for packaging and printing. It is non-flammable and non-explosive and does not require professional storage of hazardous chemicals. It belongs to general Class C storage. It can reach physical indexes such as high abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, water resistance, and sun resistance.
Use range:
It can be used for printing on gravure printing machines and flexographic printing machines.
This product can be used for: shopping bags, clothing bags, bottle labels, food bags, etc.
Set the dyne value of the substrate surface reasonably according to the different printing films:
PE, BOPP, CPP, aluminum film-printing surface tension should be greater than 38 dyne
PET—————————— Printing surface tension should be greater than 52 dyne
PVC——————————Printing surface tension should be greater than 48 dyne
